Inspiration turning to nightmare on Social Media

Everyday we are checking on other people's life. We are like stalkers watching on every details of their life but also how they feet, look, think...

It could be interesting, in a way, to be inspired of someone's way of life or diet etc. But, there are issues. Indeed, we are staying too much time looking to other's life instead of looking ours. For example, let’s talk about other people’s bodies: we idealize them.We want to look like a typical body, or a particular person. This is a problem because the people behind their screen hope to be like someone else when the most important thing is themselves. So they forget each other who is not him.

So we spend our time comparing ourselves to others without seeing our own potential.

These comparisons can have serious consequences for young people in the midst of their self-esteem.An ideal of beauty could go to their head and so no longer eat to try to look like them. There is even worse....
